Okay, I saw this a lot on my feed today. Let me spoil the fun and tell you how this was made. Its a really neat trick that uses several bits of looped video footage and live video footage in the same short movie. They took just over a minute of local traffic footage. They then waited until a tractor-trailer came along. In a movie editor they then cut out a clip of the trailer driving under the bridge and made it into a small file that played itself over and over. Then they pasted it over that entire lane in the larger video. The larger video is then set so that *it* repeats and over all of it you set your message to scroll across your looped image. The trick is to watch the cars driving next to the truck and youll see the same ones keep driving by several times in a row. Sorry to kill the fun.
