Okay, Ill make this as short as possible. Go to get some beer at package store. Enter store, see frightened patrons, see seriously drunk dude arguing with the owner. Owner asking patron for a relatives phone number so he can get him a ride; drunk guy refusing. Drunk guy demanding the owner give him his bottle that he had paid for; he hadnt paid for anything. All patrons cowering. So, I think, well this is stupid, this guy is going to hurt someone in the store or go get in his truck and kill himself and/or others....only option is the obvious and thats to call 911. Call to 911 placed by me and we wait....just as the sheriff pulls in, drunk comes out and tries to get in his truck...not sure whether to drive or get his gun. Drunk promptly checked and arrested. Now, here is the kicker. I go back in and tell the proprietor what I did and he gets seriously pissed at me!! Starts yelling, that was my best customer!. I tell him that if this guy killed some people, he really wanted the drunks last known location to be his store?? He replies, but hes my best customer!. This exchange happened two or three more times and I just shook my head and left.
