Okay. Since the weather is NOT 110 degrees, I am starting to feel like Fall Baking!!! I made the pumpkin muffins that I posted the recipe for-- WITH the suggestions from my HS friend. Use an egg and a LITTLE pumpkin pie spice. I had a cinnamon swirl cake mix in my freezer so I used that too. They are beyond good. Now I have my apples cooking in the crock pot for Applesauce!!! I added a Spiced Apple packet mix and it is smelling SO GOOD!!! I am going to the gym so I have no guilt eating all this yummy stuff.
