Okay another one that was tried and completed. It taste really good, tried it on some ice last night right after I got done cooking it. I would suggest cooling completely first. Tried it this morning. sneaked in a teaspoon.... and still it tasted really good and was more like what a Carmel sauce consistency should be. Used the regular brown sugar, looked a little dark is all. Just a note, I used a small pot, wished I would have used a medium size. Cause it is in the candy type category when cooking it will rise to the top of the pot. Maybe next time I will use my candy thermometer to let you all know what temp to cook it to.
