Okay folks, are these carts left where they are by pure lazy ass people or is it just plain inconsideration for other people?? Seriously, look at how close some of these carts are to the cart storage area. Urghhhhhhhhhhh! This upsets me almost as much as a healthy non-handicap person parking in a handicap space, or someone parking and leaving their vehicle in a no-parking space, as if to think they are privileged, then get pissed off when they get a ticket.
