Okay for real I wont be on Facebook the rest of the day but how could I NOT share this?!?! As I walked out to check my mailbox for the regular junk mail with my hot cup of tea I knew EXACTLY what was in that envelope!! Thats the beauty of Beachbody they congratulate you for all the hard work you put in on helping #endthetrend to the health concern thats an at large issue - obesity which causes more problems then just weight yall. Wake up and make the change today not Monday, not next month. Today! Ive been waiting for my rank advancement certificate and Im so elated to claim it!!!
