Okay guys, I want to make a statement here, carefully and hopefully not to hurt any feelings. I almost never Block or Ban anyone from this page or from commenting on this page. But I just did. I wont name the Page, however they are a newer page with really no information that I can verify in anyway.Recently they have posted to this page and in MANY comments, over and over asking people to like their page. I generally have no problem with this. Post your page to the post to page section if you wish. Most are groups that have something to do with EDS in some way, or are personal journeys ect. All fine. I wont share them, I just get to many requests for that, but they are there in the posts (please just dont put it there every day) How ever this particular page, claims to be a business or company, with no business info, no real info to find they say they do not yet have a website. I suspected it may be a pharmaceutical company trying to get info out of people, and it very well may be. Those companies are known to pose as people with diseases and gather information from groups. When I blocked said page from posting to this page...all the sudden I started seeing the same posts from what *appears* to be a teenager. This page is asking people questions about medications and other personal questions. PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT T SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION. The reason I will not allow posts from this person/page is I just cant verify WHO they are and what they really want They very well could be trying to help and be legit.. but they also could be some pharmaceutical company collecting info. It may be some kid doing who knows what. Or some creep posing as some kid doing who knows what. I just dont know. again, I have banned them from here, but you are sure to see the posts on other pages and I just urge you not to answer questions you are not comfortable with or share personal information. And If you are said banned person with yet another page/persona, Im sorry at this time I will not put this group at risk by sharing or allowing your page& content at this time.
