Okay guys really need help but bear with me please question 81 3/4 ton gmc high Sierra 350 4 bolt main 700 r4 Holley 4 barrel carb semi rebuilt motor gaskets and heads r new Ive here lately been on or off gas driving Down the road will just die on me completely I cant figure out y thought maybe vapor lock bit thats not it at Least I dont think tonight on my way to work she started acting all weird almost like a motor tick ( she burns oil about 2 quarts per 2 weeks so I thought maybe Id just forgot about her I know god forbid lol but I put two quarts. N and it didnt change anything I started her up she died ( after work) then wawawawawa vroom gave some throttle and she stayed on halfway home 20 mile drive dies again try n start it up heard a pop let go waited a cpl min and tried again awful sound but she fired it was almost as if Im running with half power Im confused love these old trucks and cant figure it out have nobody close actually nobody at all to help dad passed when I was young n Im trying to just learn thru manuals and whatnot especially if any one in the Douglas Jefferson Johnson county area in kansas if love u to take a look Ill pay ur gas
