Okay, here comes a long rant due to all the political propganda I see every time Im on here. Ill grace you all with my own political views. Guaranteed to offend people because frankly the truth hurts and nobody likes losing their rose-tinted glasses. But here it goes. -- -- George Washington had it right when he said party politics are dictatorship. That political parties are worse than your average despotism. Normal dictators are honest and dont pretend that you have a choice in your lives. Parties lie to people and feign freedom. - A political party is one fraction of people who feel entitled to impose their beliefs onto everyone with no say in the matter. Who solely benefit from those changes while those who oppose them are slighted. - Republicans have done it to Democrats, and Democrats have done it to Republicans. - And every time a shift happens, the losing side whines that the other side are dictators. When the truth is really that theyre all no better than one another. Just a pack of hypocrites condemning each other for the wrongs theyve committed themselves when given the chance to. - They also cry conspiracy if someone from their party is ever caught doing anything illegal. People commit crimes, thats a fact of life. The fact that theyre from your party doesnt make them incapable of doing anything wrong. And these days nobody gets to the top by being honest. - If people really want to fix the government and this country, they have to realize that a partisan system doesnt work. Two sides constantly clashing and cock blocking each other just leads to nowhere fast. - They also have to quit letting corporates and lawyers be the ones who run for president. The US is supposed to be a civilian controlled government. So we need to quit making candidacy exclusive to the 1%. - Look at the 2012 Election. Mitt Romney was a corporate CEO who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and never knew what it was like to live middle class or poor class. Barack Obama was a lawyer before going into politics. Both had jobs where being soulless and selfish was a requirement. But each party held their candidate up like a messiah when theyre really both devils. - George Washington, our anti-partisan first president, grew up on a plantation that provided a lifestyle and education equivalent to the upper middle class. And had no college education to speak of. But he had bigger balls and more wits than any president weve had in the last century. Regan, Ford, Kennedy, Roosevelt, Lincoln, etc. None of them stack up to him. And none of them would have had their jobs without him. -- -- So everyone read this carefully and think about it. Rather than hitting the share button on propaganda which has no credentials to prove its accuracy. Anybody can photoshop a picture with funny words or fake quotes to smear someone. Hell, I could make a picture in five minutes saying that any politician under the sun likes to eat puppies alive. But it wouldnt make it true. So dont perpetuate it.
