Okay, heres an idea somebody suggested to me. Ill pass it on to the group mind and see what you think. The idea under discussion was crowdfunding a novel from a writer. In that discussion someone said hed contribute to the completion of A METHOD FOR MADNESS. I agreed to pass the idea on to the group mind. Would you (serious answers only) contribute a buck or two or ten to pay for two months of undivided writing time to complete the last 50,000 words on A Method For Madness? (The target would not be high. Probably around $5K-$6K.) The second part of the question is related. Would you want to contribute to a crowdfunding project to print hardcover collectors editions of the books if your donation was a pre-order? This is a trial balloon. Do not send money. This is a question for the group mind to see if this might be a useful way to fund artists and writers. Right now, Im just interested in whether you would be interested in contributing? (If you cant afford it, thats okay too. No need to say so in the thread. What were looking for is feasibility. Not just for me, but for other projects that others are looking to start.)
