Okay long story short, the man in the video below was a previous tenant of my friends apartment. Fixed contract for 12months and he left three months early without official notice. He has also owed 11 weeks of rent which is a total of $3996.00 not including the last 3 months. Months ago he said over the phone that he was going to pay back the money. However after that he has blocked my friends number and blocked her wechat. Now we found him and tried to communicate for him to back with bank statement evidence and witnesses but he claims he doesnt owe any rent, he has called the police and got a trespass as he feels shes invading hes privacy. By law it is not illegal to film/take photos of the public unless naked. Which Im sure no one in this whole world wants to see YOU naked. PM me for more photos.
