Okay okay I am sitting her feeling sick, barely made it through my workout today, so making a video did not sound appealing at all! So instead I decided to offer up my promised blooper video! Sadly I have deleted many of the bloopers so this was the best I could come up with! HA! I know I know not that funny but you have no idea how many times I set up to video myself and something like this happens! Who has missteps when they are working out and they are glad no one can see them?!
