Okay people. Real talk. As probably the last Cutler fan alive, Im here to say, hes really losing his last fan. He shows no action or leadership over his team. you see peyton manning and Russ Wilson after any play no matter the outcome they go right to there teams to talk them up or they go to the books and get ready for the next possession. Jay just goes sits and bites his nails showing no emotion. Thats not a leader. Quarterbacks are leaders. Tom Brady started in a rut, he himself quite a few times went and pouted on the bench. But he got his head out of his ass worked hard and now hes back to tom brady status. Cutler 6 year contract doesnt mean you can just stop working. Not saying hes the only problem by far
