Okay so I had a dr. Appointment today. Im supposed to be unhealthy. Diabetic, high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc. etc. Well turns out my blood pressure was 95/57, my A1C was 6.3, my LDL was 58, chest x-ray was good with no signs of emphysema yet, liver and kidney function normal. So Im good to go.....lets EAT!!!!! He did remind me that Im due for that thing men have to check at a certain age though lol. NOT
