Okay so I have a story to tell-- So my sister went over to her boyfriends family for Christmas yesterday and she found out that some of his cousins go to the same school as I do. Of course she starts naming the names of my friends like Do you know these people? and they say yes. Well, she named my friend Gale, and this kids mom just scoffs at the sound of it. My sister asked why she doesnt like Gale, and the mom (who is clearly homophobic), says Last year she was supposedly in a lesbian relationship with some other girl in her grade, and probably still is. Do you know who it was?. At this point my sister is just screaming on the inside, and while keeping herself from bursting out laughing, she responds with That... That would be my sister. If youve known me long enough, youd know that Gale is my wife and were basically the closest to a couple two people can be without actually being a couple. The mom just gives my sister the most terrified look ever, slowly nods and leaves the room. And I texted Gale about it and shes currently crying.
