Okay, so I have to admit that Ive never quite understood the whole rapture scenario. Jesus said the meek shall inherit the earth, Revelation states there will be 1000 years of peace on earth, Paul in his letter entitled 1 Corinthians writes that we will all undergo a spiritual transformation on earth, and then in a very brief letter entitled 1 Thessalonians written by Paul, Silas and Timothy, someone writes Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. Given the various scenarios presented, Im not so sure I would have chosen the latter to hang my hat on...
