Okay so I know whenever I talk about DANA LINN BAILEY, everyone has mixed responses when I say she is my INSPIRATION.... No, maybe I dont want to be as big or as her ( asshe is a physique competitor/Body Builder) but watching her videos of prep and workouts leading up to Olympia are SO inspiring. Its amazing the dedication, commitment and want that one person can have!!! Like seriously, have you ever cried during leg day?! I encourage everyone to watch these videos regardless of what your opinions of female body builders are!... In this video she says something I couldnt agree with more!-- She said, Its not about winning, Its about beating myself! which is SO true!
