Okay so a little over a month ago I added my gram to my account taking her number from verizon. She was paying roughly $30 for 100 mins. First off that is a plan that is ripping people off. Second of all she is billed in advanced which we did port her out in the midst of her bill cycle. THEY ARE STILL CHARGING HER THE ENTIRE MONTH! I called to inquire about this and they informed me that when a port occurs they place the number on suspension for the rest of the bill cycle and it will cancel on the last day. Um excuse me. NO. NO YOU WILL NOT BE RIPPING MY GRAM OFF ANY MORE. You cannot charge for services not rendered. Very annoyed at the moment!
