Okay, so here I go again lol, wait isnt that a Whitesnake song? hahaha just kidding anyway, people need to lighten up on some issues going around. Let me explain, the ALS challenge some people are getting upset because people and celebrities are dumping ice on themselves to prevent from having to donate to ALS. My thoughts on this is....shut up! They are doing these challenges to bring awareness to the disease. I mean how many of you out there have even heard of ALS before all this started??? I had a cousin to die from ALS and I saw what it put him through and I wouldve loved for them to have come up with a cure before he died. To be honest I had never heard of the disease before he got it. I mean look around at all the people that are doing the challenge and all the people that are now talking about ALS. Some are saying the challenge should have never started. Well, think about this.....of all the people that donate something to charity, they dont post it on FB or youtube or instagram or anywhere else. Its never brought up, its never mentioned so how are we supposed to be away of the diseases if they are not brought to the for front? I mean what if the cancer society never did the Relay for Life and post about it on fb or commercials for it, would people be so much aware of cancer as what we are. They are only trying to make ALS known so drop all the negativity about it and just be glad that people are actually trying to do something about it. I personally challenge everyone who does the challenge to look ALS up and lean more about it and teach it to your kids so they know more about it. Why do people have to gripe about every little thing. Just be happy and stop complaining.
