Okay so here is a little transparency for everyone: About 4 years ago there was a shift in my life.... I began to live and become healthy. Not only physically, but emotionally,and spiritually as well.... Many changes transpired and needless to say my life is AMAZING today.. However, over the last 6 months, I have not been diligent in my health efforts. Consequently my weight dropped, my exercise and diet was sub par as well. I am telling everyone this because now is the time to change!!!! Another season of health is upon us and this is an opportunity to join together and do this TOGETHER. So, anyone that wants to change wether its to bulk up or slim down, maybe its just get into better shape or live healthier...... Whatever you goals, join Jessica, and Me and some great friends in an E84 challenge! What is that? Well its an 84 day challenge to live healthier, its just that simple.. We are going to be hosting weekly runs/walks/hikes for all who want to participate. There will be a Facebook group to join so you can get daily support and encouragement from the group...
