The Tall whites are an ET race provided with a base by the US govt. Charles Hall met and interacted with them when he was stationed as a weather analyst..the only human on the entire base, and unbeknownst to him was used as a guinea pig for the race to observe. (As a note it is interesting that in Dante Santoris book of alien races created by the Russian govt. It also lists the tall whites). Interesting points include that they continue to grow till the day they die, and the females make a statement of they love their children more than human females love theirs. We have alot to learn.. physically and socially etc.
