Okay so, i just saw this qoute/remark from the express and star saying Pupils treated like prisoners for wearing wrong shoes or trousers, say parents okay lets break this down, it says treated like prisoners for wrong shoes/trousers, well they wouldnt feel like prisoners if they wore the CORRECT uniform, and some parents are saying why cant they wear trainers and why cant they wear tight jeans? Its simple why they cant, its the code of conduct to wear trousers and shoes also on the news letter they gave out before we broke up its says for shoes NO LOGO, NO TRAINERS, PLAIN BLACK, MUST HAVE HEAL why do they have this? Its actually really simple, they are trying to get you son/daughter or prisoner to realise its the rules and rules are applied in the work place so if you son/daughter or prisoner doesnt wear the required items they simply wont get the job. Also earlier this year we had a day in which year 10 (now 11) had to go to tipton sports academy to have some experiance of what a interview would be like etc... Now, the required clothing for boys was suit, tie, black shoes and most lads did it and enjoyed it with no complaints but now its the school rules you want to moan and complain? I think people need to realise they are doing this for a reason not to make you feel like a prisoner they are doing this to get you into the habbit of looking respectful and smart for the work place but no matter how much you complain not a lot will change Rant over.
