Okay so more on lawful remedy , What is Identification and do you - TopicsExpress

Okay so more on lawful remedy , What is Identification and do you need to have it ? Of course the government will tell you that you need to carry ID at all times right , when you are a kid they tell you its in case you have an accident and are found dead in a ditch and they need to figure out who to call . they also tell you you should always wear clean underwear just in case of an accident right ? why ? who knows ? but anyways enough about that . Every piece of ID that you carry is a contract or evidence of a contract that you have with the government . something that shows you have applied for a right . you never have to apply for a right because when you do that right becomes a privilege. They don;t tell you that while they are picking you out a nice clean set of underwear though. I never carry ID since I just dont have any , I dont work for the state so I can not be compelled to work for them carrying ID is work , It also shows them that you comply to their authority . I wont do that either since I am sovereign , They have asked me many many times to produce , license insurance and registration for my car but since I dont have any of those things it would be impossible for me to offer them . Procedurally the police can not act on you until they see ID . You always also have three days grace to produce if you do in fact have some but you never have to carry it with you . In Canada if you want to invoke your knowledge of their statutory laws you can reference the Canada evidence act sections 50 right of refusal and sections 50.2 a nature of right . which states very clearly that no one ca be compelled to show documents that they would not be compelled to produce in a court of law . Police know that they first have to ascertain jurisdiction before they can act on you , and they need to physically see ID to do that . Why you ask ? every piece of Identification is a charging instrument and forget the law for a minute since it has nothing to do with law as statutes are rules of a corporation given the force of law and not laws , in the capacity of policy enforcement the police are working for the corporation and in order for them to enforce policy with is purely commercial and based on money they need to see a charging instrument. They will not waste their time with you if they can not make money from the encounter . If they catch you stealing or assaulting someone or walking around shooting a gun at people or as I mentioned before ( disturbing the public peace ) they are acting in the capacity of a peace officer and they do not need to see your ID in order for them to know that you are a danger to everyone around you and they will then have the Duty/authority as any one else would to arrest you without knowing anything about you . Making sense ? If you want to carry ID you are working for the state and for this work you should be paid so I would send them a bill for services every time you put a card in your wallet or a permit in your glove box , no one can be compelled to work for free right ? Its a huge responsibility taking care of their fancy papers so get paid for it !! other wise leave that shit at home .
