Okay, so this is the time to reflect upon the year that just went by.. :) Hence, not only a warning for a long post, but also conjuring all the nascent memories throughout the year gone by feels like floating on a vast ocean with endless memories, and the waves that come by hit you with frequent flashbacks :) To start off the year, I remember that we were having our pre-board examinations. They were probably the second last time we were in school. Had a good exam, Sarthak was a constant help :3 . Next came our board practical examinations - B.St and Accounts. And one vivid memory that strikes the mind is that Shiva Linga debate out of no where, instigated by Cena Soham xD xD. Then the swag pracs B| Our board examination seats were located on Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, my ex school. Although I did leave the school on gruesome circumstances and my opinion of my school for 13 years have now poured down deep below to a unforgivable extent, still I tried to recall the happy memories..and almost all of them included Soham Mazumder :D Gave a moderately good exam there as well :p Right after the boards, I kinda got myself a job B| Thanks to Rohitavra Da, I worked for two and a half months in an online article writing company, who doesnt pay well, toys with their employees and at the time of resignation, delays over one month to pay the money, and threatens way too much -_- Okay, with that flushed down the drain, I reiterate that it was one of those experiences that I will never ever forget. I worked in 4 different languages, improved a lot on my usage of the English Language ( Arnab Kar can be proud of that as well :3 ) and most importantly, inculcated the feel that even earning yourself a rupee was going to be as energy-sucking as anything. Life never offers you anything for free, well except good friends that is; but in terms of money, well..War. Next the NCHMCTJEE exam with Soham, Soham and Soumava :v Never wouldve thought that I would rank 674 xD (Still find hard to believe actually :p ) Then came the result with the aforementioned rank, and I still had doubts regarding the entire course and its outcomes. Maybe saying limitless thank yous to Alakananda Di, and Deepan Da, I guess will not suffice for all the help they provided/providing me with (with all my childish queries and stuff :p), but for the time being, I guess theyll have to make do :p Then College :) Words can never be the limit of my experience of the last six months there :) Teachers who themselves are pass outs of the college, know the industry and know virtually every frigging thing there is on the hotel-universe, whom better to inspire yourselves from? ( Well, strictly staying to the core subjects :p ) Also having 3 of my school mates, Neel Knight as well as a hell of a 1st year! (Forgive me for not tagging, there are umpteen, and Im afraid Ill miss out some and be facing their wrath :p ) Sitting in front of my PC at 7:34pm writing this enormous highlight, I feel that the year gone by has, for a change, been a great one indeed :) To end this off, I would like to highlight some quotes which have inspired me to keep on going in even some difficult times - :) Okay, starting off with Birthday Guy Dwaipayan Da, His quote of proclaiming himself of being my Number 1 fan is although foolish, and Nostradamus-esq :p But still it is a true honour, prestige and respect that any one has ever given me, ever :) I Dont know how well/bad I write, but things like these just kinda gives you the motivation to rule the world. Yes, that feel :) Thank You Dwaipayan Da! Sorry I couldnt write something further this year, but I promise that during our year break in May, Ill surely write one, and youll be the first one to read them, as ever :) Next, I dont remember which day to be precise, But a few days I had skipped my daily dosage of morning-maddening irritations in the name of Good Mornings, and the day I continued, was greeted back by this from Sankarshan - Tui na message korle toh monei hoy na je shokal hoyechey :) I dont know whether it was one of his sarcastic ploys, but I do know that this kid has a great heart, and I dont care if he meant it, as I know he did :) As I have already said, even these minute things matter. All the best for your boards bro! :) The puja meetings with my school batchmates was indeed a great memory, and thanks to all the social media, it never feels like they ever left :) And, also after a long, loonnnggg time, that Nobomi cum Doshomi evening at maddox with the likes of Dipanjan, Debapriya, and Sarbajeet was truly a remarkable experience, especially the return journey by train xD Cheers guys for such a wonderful evening, hope for plenty more :) Staying away from School was always going to be a hard part, but it is actually enigmatic and wondrous that some people still remember you throughout. Sabyasachi Kundu, Man thank you for your support throughout, I can never ever repay that, but I may have the capability to feed you good stuff in the not so distant future, and I guess that is all that matters to us forever alone foodies, I believe :3 To round this all up, I believe, as usual I have said too much :p Just again, thanking you for being there and providing me with such a wonderful 2014, hope youll still be there for endless ages, and make my living easy.. Thank You guys, you are the best there ever will be :) Happy New Year :)
