Okay so who is already obsessed with zucchini noodles??!?!! Ive been meaning to do it for so long and FINALLY did the other night for dinner...I used a shredder because I dont have a spiralizer (I hear the mandoline works well so Ill try that next time...thanks Nancy for that tip!!) So now Hazel Reidy and I cant stop brainstorming about fun raw sauces to make!! I used avocado, red pepper, an apricot, and a little apple cider vinegar... it made a great base and was the perfect texture and consistency. I didnt have tomato I was really just using what I had.... She has done tomato, pepper, the rest of the succhini pieces, garlic, and basil (YUM!) ... but then I got thinking.... What about a Thai Sauce? Maybe peanuts, coconut milk, chili, maybe ginger?! EEEEKKK! We are going to be on a sauce mission the next week and share our finds, our successes (and our flops!) ..... So HELP!! All you that are already into this raw sauce world... What are your favorites?? Lisa Symonds...I know youve got to have some input on this one!! Share share share please!!!!! (the farmers market better be prepared this weekend...Im buying them OUT of zucchini!!)
