Okay so yet again i was put in charge for a desert for the 4th o july. I came up with one yummy AND healthy desert. I took a box of angel food cake MIX, cool whip, strawberries and blueberries. I baked the cake in a large cake pan for 35 minutes. After the cake was cooled i spread part of the cool whip over the cake. Then i arranged the blueberries in a square shape in the top left corner. I then cut up the strawberries and made 13 rows, 7 rows of strawberries and 6 without. Then i pipped the remaining cool whip on the 6 white stripes to give it texture, and made aprox. 50 stars on the blueberries. I will post a picture later.
