... Okay the moment is fast approaching that we - Joss and Kees - are handing over our beloved Restaurant Indonesia to the new owners, Peter & Hieke Wijnsma. Actually that will be tomorrow, Monday 1st September 2014. Our last chance to express our heartfelt thanks to the many many fantastic and loyal customers we have had the honour and pleasure to welcome to Restaurant Indonesia. Peter & Hieke no doubt will introduce themselves. But rest assured, you will be in good hands. They have a good track record of running for over 10 years the highly acclaimed Westshore Fish Cafe which they sold last year. And Joss and myself will be working with them for a little while to come... To Peter & Hieke. We wish you all the best with operating the long established and very well known Restaurant Indonesia. No doubt you will add some more fantastic years to this establishment which is one of the longest running restaurants in Hawkes Bay (since 1983) and the only Indonesian Restaurant in New Zealand... We are looking forward working with both of you and welcoming all those lovely customers and giving them the opportunity to sample the Indonesian cuisine. Lots of love Joss & Kees
