Okay, today was the day we laid my daddy aka Kasper aka Savage to rest.. Its hard to believe this week has finally came to an end. Its bittersweet. . The ride from all the biker clubs today was more then perfection. I cried at the sound of their roars.. Happy tears. Walking in to the chapel today .. The air was heavy .. I was nervous .. I was unsure I was lost I was numb ice walked my sister and I down the isle & I bout lost it where I stood. I cried as hard as I could in to ice and he just assured me that everything will be alright baby girl.. I walked up to see my daddy . He was there in spirit & knew it was all for him .. He was smiling . . Ive had dreams all week of him standing by my bed. Its more comforting then scary .. I know he will be my guardian angel now. My dad was my best friend , my dad , & my worst enemy. I never wanted to go to him with bad news but I would because I knew I was in good hands and he meant well.. Weve butted heads on so many occasions he wouldve killed me if he seen me crying today wouldve told me to fix your face .. To know you can call someone any day of the week and them be there is a feeling you shouldnt carry anymore. Dont put off speaking to the people closest to you .. Tell them today you love them and never leave them upset .. Because your not promised tomorrow .. Youll live on yesterday. My daddy is gone in physical absence but spiritually he hasnt gone no where. A great man went to soon & I dont know how Ive managed to hold my composure all week .. My aunt & grandma have been my rock .. With out them .. I wouldve fell out today .. If you werent loved by my daddy then you dont know pain that was a man that could make you feel 2 foot tall and 10 feet tall in sentence but his words were always honesty .. He always had a solution.. That bike was his life . His family , his mom was life . That was my dad .. I am left with out my dad. Look twice for bikes people. Rest in peace daddy ... You will always be in my heart & Ill take you with me everywhere I go. I love you Russell Andre Haygood .. I was blessed to be a Haygood & even better be my daddys baby girl. P.s. Keep calm and ride on daddy. Dont forget to wait on me up there. ❤️
