Okay ... updated rule on my wall, to avoid drawn out meaningless arguments. As always, I wont accept posts that attack people for any reason. If you want to challenge something I post, be polite and challenge it based on the facts presented. If you decide to attack the source based on their profession or political bias, that tells me you dont really have anything to contribute to the discussion, and your comment will be deleted. I have been in two recent discussions where individuals thought so much of themselves that they felt they had the right to belittle authors and sources, rather than participate in civil discussion of the merits of the information. If you are such a person, you are invited to stay away. Everyone else, you are welcome to disagree with me ... in fact I love thoughtful discussions. Just know that if youre going to do it on my wall, you will be expected to keep it civil and respectful. And one more thought ... out of about 1,000 Facebook friends, there are perhaps half a dozen who have some idea of my education and experience. Some make the mistake of thinking they know those things because of where I choose to live and what I choose to do today. Dont be one of those narrow-minded, bigoted people who think they know what box I fit into. You would be wrong.
