Old School Paintball Gun of the Day: Nel-Spot (Splotchmarker) Manufacturer: Daisy for Nelson Paint Company year: 1982 Most old school players are familiar with the Nel-Spot 007. However many are not aware that this was not the original design. The original was just know as the Nel-Spot (aka Slotchmarker) and had a solid barrel. There was not outer sleeve at the tip of the barrel that could be removed to add a barrel extension. They came as strictly bolt action and were designed for the forestry and livestock industries.
