Old is definitely gold! Beside me is Mrs jaya, retired dance teacher at kalakshetra chennai. Met her at my neices dance performance last Sunday at krishna gana sabha chennai. Ambars sister saranya was her student. I casually told her that my sil had studied in that prestigious school in her late teens. The moment i mentioned her name she asked me if saranya was Dr. Sundarams daughter and started narrating incidents of those bygone days. Amazing how she still remembered . Something rare these days!
