Olive Oil at its purest, Seeing how the ancients made olive oil is fascinating. This is a camel driven press that is still active, that we experienced earlier this year in Tunisia. As amazingly non-modern-health-department approved the place was, it was the best tasting olive oil Ive ever had in my life. And the men there were very friendly and super excited to be noticed and talk about their world.They were lovely. The camel outside wasnt as excited, he just looked at us with big brown eyes and kept on munching his grass. Another truly incredible and life changing experience. The world never ceases to amaze me.
