Omg! I dont normally rant on fb but I just had to do it this time. #usairways why must you give me the worse experience everytime I fly! You would think I learned my lesson flying with you. Heading to the airport was hell because we could barely see the road with the pouring rain. Was so dangerous to even be on the road. Finally got to the airport but didnt board til 535pm (departure is 530pm). Was in the air and halfway through the flight we were told we had to circle for 45 min til the storm pass in DCA. After 45 min of circling, we had to stop in Pittsburgh to refuel. This obviously delayed us some more (Stayed in Pittsburgh for another 45 min! If I wanted a stopover I would have paid 70 bucks less with another airline who would have probably given me better service.) Finally arrived at 9:45pm. Was suppose to arrive 3 hrs prior. Next time you should have just let me change my itinerary (without penalty) when I asked. It would have saved me and the others i had to inconvient to bring me to and from the airport so much time instead of wasting it. I specifically said there are severe thunderstorms in both destinations (BUF and DCA) at the time im flying and I knew something like this would happen. But since my flight is still on time im stuck taking this flight (otherwise I would have been charged $200 bucks to change!). Your representative was not helpful at all and talked to me as if I have never flown before! Never again #usairways! Never again!
