Omg! My husband just got home, and he was coming home with a friend of his from Sheikh Zayed back to Giza, and they got stopped by thugs in the street (right near the 1st gate at Ahram Gardens), and they held them at gunpoint with some sort of small machine guns, and stole the car, 7,000 EGP from his friend that was taking it to his business, and 200+ EGP from my husband. Alhamdulilah they are ok. Funny part of it....they went to steal my husbands phone, but the screen is broken from when the police tried to steal from him when they falsely arrested him them forced him to pay a bribe! LOL These thugs looked at him upset because he didnt have a nice phone, and let him keep the phone! But his poor friend, lost his car, and money for his business...and Eid is tomorrow. Alhamdulilah. #SoSickOfEgypt Then his friend told him tonight about his niece being kidnapped last week. His sister and her daughter were walking holding hands, and some thugs just came up, bashed her against the head with a metal rod, and took the kid....they still havent found the kid! May Allah bring the girl back safely. Ameen.
