Omni hotel rocks it yet again! you may recall back in January I ranted about the awesomeness of @OmniHotels in New York. I went back there in June and while my second stay wasn’t quite as awe inspiring as my first, it was still solid. So I booked at the Omni for part of my current trip. Sadly, on the first leg of my California adventure, I got sick. Just a cold, but a bad one that settled in my chest. So today, I’m lazing around in bed, conserving strength for Teen Reading Night tonight at the Los Feliz branch of LA Public Library. (It starts at 6:30 for any LA readers who want to head over). So where does the Omni come in? Well, hubby went to the concierge to ask directions. He happened to mention I was in the room, sick. Minutes later, there’s a knock on the door. They brought me soup! And ginger ale! And a note to say they hope I feel better! Now that is awesome customer service. So now you know why I
