On 12/1 at 2330 hrs, WRAFD along with mutual aid from White Deer Twp (EMS) and Medic 60 (Evangelical Community Hospital) was dispatched to the area of Interstate 180, between MM 1 and 2, reported vehicle over the embankment with entrapment. As the responding chiefs (Chief 901, 902 and 904), Union County 911 advised they were still on the phone with caller and his GPS had him located on Interstate 80, near Gray Hill Rd, White Deer Twp, Union County. With the chiefs already on the Interstate 180, they continued to investigate and found the accident was on I-180 WB, in the area of MM 6. Chief 904 initially found the vehicle by luck from seeing the dome light still on inside the vehicle. Units arrived to find the driver entrapped. Units began the work to free the victim and transport to the local hospital. Units on scene: C901, C902, C904, Rescue 9-1, Engine 9-1, Engine 9-3, MICU8, Ambulance 5-1 (White Deer Twp), Medic 60 (ECH), PSP-Milton and Heaters Garage.
