On 26-03-2013, i had submitted representation to the Assistant Director of Agriculture (R), Pattikonda under copy submitted to (i) the Joint Director of Agriculture, Kurnool & the Commissioner and Director of Agriculture (AP). Hyderabad for taking necessary action on the irregularities of the Assistant Director of Agriculture (R), Pattikonda and the Mandal Agricultural Officers/ Agricultural Extension Officers. But even after completion of 19 months no action was taken either by the (i) Joint Director of Agriculture, Kurnool (or) (ii) the Commissioner and Director of Agriculture (AP), Hyderabad. Instead of conducting inquiry, the Joint Director of Agriculture, Kurnool had issued a MEMO stating that the Senior Assistant should not write letters on the higher authorities. According to the information provided by Sri K.Seshadri, Mandal Agricultural Officer, Devanakonda, the Joint Director of Agriculture, Kurnool had taken an amount of Rs.30,000/- from Sri T.Gurumurthy, the then Assistant Director of Agriculture (R), Pattikonda and the amount of Rs.30,000/- collected from the following employees (a) Rs.10,000/- from Sri T.Gurumurthy, the then Assistant Director of Agriculture (R), Pattikonda (b) Rs.5,000/- from Sri B.Balavardi Raju, the then Mandal Agricultural Officer, Pattikonda (c) Rs.5,000/- from Sri K.Seshadri, Mandal Agricultural Officer, Devanakonda (d) Rs.5,000/- from Smt D.Munemma, Mandal Agricultural Officer, Tuggali & (e) Rs.5,000/- from Sri G.Kiran Kumar, Mandal Agricultural Officer, Maddikera
