On February 14th, 2014 I was falsely accused of spanking my daughter with belt and leaving a bruise. My Beautiful daughter Ella fell coming up the stairs to my parents home witnessed by a family member. A few possibly not so well intentioned people protraited me as an abusive man, which is far from the truth. My wife Jessica was accused of neglect for not protecting the children. The children have been removed from the the home and the public defenders representing us have given very bad advice, not meeting with us except right before court despite multiple phone call of which they did not return and to this day still do not reply to our phone calls appropriately, and virtually trying to destroy our family. Jessica must separate from me immediately or risk losing both our children and our unborn child that is due in less that a month 9/18/14. The social worker from Lutheran Social Services has required Jessica to divorce me which is far from what we want for our family. Jessica has refused indicating that I would never harm our children and never have harmed them. We still are very much in love and love our family. This has caused Jessica to be upset crying frequently and grieving the loss of our family as a unit and our beautiful innocent children. This Social worker has not made any effort to assist Jessica in finding a new home yet requiring that she do so. Jessica can possibly gain custody of the children (not absolute) and bring the baby home in her care. Jessicas mother presently has the children but is pushing for Jessica to give up her children to her brother who can not have children. This is not our wishes as we are good people and we had a very happy family. It is difficult not to be able to see and hold my children and they beg Jessica as every visit to be with me and to return to there home. We both are struggling day to day with anxiety, depression, and angry related to the mistreatment by the court, lawyers (public defenders), the Shaheen family, School Principal who has misrepresented the children, Lutheran Social Services, and Jessicas family. We have both attended parenting classes, counciling, and are pursuing jobs. We both have little money since I have a medical condition called Psoratic arthritis with Ankylosising Spondylthesis (which as been going on since I was 11 years old), and I have already had one back surgery at age 25 and presently have another heriated disc in his thoracic area with a potential surgery in the near future. Jessica is working part time at 8 and 1/2 month pregnant. I am continue to pursue looking for work, but related to chronic back and arthritis on multiple medications not many employers will even look at me as a candidate for meaningful employment. I have been denied for disability 3 times. My parents have tried to support us financially, emotionally, and physically but there funds have run dry. I love my children with all my heart and we want what is best for them which is to be home with both parents as soon as possible. There has been many misconceptions, abuse of power, and lack of investment by those who could bring the children back to their parents. We need legal representation, Jessica a place to live while this is going on, and funds to be sucessful. Please help us our time is running out. They claim that if Jessica does not leave her home within the next 3 weeks they will pursue termination of all parental rights and the baby will not be allowed to go home with Jessica.
