On February 28, I wrote in my blog post on NoExcuseMom that I was on a mission to get a 6-pack regardless of my diastasis recti diagnosis and persistent bloat. 4.5 months later, I can proudly report, I have diastasis recti, and a 6-pack! 😄💪 What has worked for me: 1) I bind my waist 10 to 14 hours a day; 2) I lift weights; 3) I try to eat less than 40g of natural sugar per day; 4) I avoid refined sugar 5) I eat clean; 6) I dont transverse abdominal core exercises; 7) I drink lots of water.
