On Friday, July 18, Zionist army launched a ground invasion in Gaza strip and pushed its elite Golani troops to destroy the tunnels network which was used by the Palestinian resistance fighters to carry out specific operations behind the enemys lines and to end the resistance rocket fire. The high number of deaths and injuries at the side of the Israeli army (officers and soldiers) at the first confrontation with the Palestinian resistance altered the Zionist situation and diminished the entitys hopes. In the battlefield, the Israeli tanks kept positioned at the northern as well as the eastern outskirts and could not prevent the well-prepared Palestinian resistance from encountering the Zionist aggression. Israels failure has also been evident because of its inability to track the variety of attacks being done by the Palestinian resistance. The Palestinian resistance has recently attacked the Israeli army patrol in Eshkol, conducted a martyrdom operation in an Israeli tank, and continued carrying out retaliatory strikes in response to the Israeli attacks in Al-Maghazi and Khan Yunis. The Palestinian resistance fighters of Saraya Al Quds released a video, confirming they had seized and destroyed the Zionist machine gun of the military tank that targeted Beit Hanoun.
