On Highway 159 Tonight going to Clay City.. a Gold Van was in front of us with a handicapped license and it was going about 35 miles an hour .. weaving on and off the road. Truck behind us passed both my vehicle and the van in front of me. So I carefully decide to pass.. as we are driving along side of the van to pass, we look over and there is a 9-10 year old boy looking at us from behind the wheel. There was an older man in the passenger seat helping the kid STEER!!!! This was a HIGHWAY not an old dirt road. I went a head and seen the truck that had passed him and I and seen it was pulled over. I pulled over and asked him if he seen what I had seen. The driver of the truck was on the phone to the police. The van came past us and we took the license number down to give to the police and the guy in the truck took off and followed them with the police still on the line and hopefully dispatched. Now my grandpa and my dad both use to let us drive when we were younger.. but on OLD deserted roads. I hope to God that everyone arrived safely where they needed to be and the cops charge that man so he wont do such a stupid thing again. WOW what is WRONG with people?
