On January 15, 2013 my best friend...my ace... My dad, Pastor Farris Long, Sr went home to be with the Lord. Honestly, I was beginning to feel all the emotions that come with that inside,when I got the call today that my older sister somewhat unexpectedly passed. Of course, both dad and my sis served the Lord. so there is comfort in that. But that doesnt eliminate the DOUBLED ache in my heart right now. Being a preacher doesnt exempt me from pain.
