On January 1st, I made a New Year Resolution to concentrate on a life of health and wellness (to the best of my ability and determination.) I have an inner quad strain that wont quit and a torn AC joint in my left shoulder that makes things a little rough at times...but I have kept with it. I have cut out many bad foods and habits, either walked or stayed active outside of the rigors of my work, drank lots of water and iced tea without sugar and NO POP, less bread, and more veggies and proteins. I have also put a stability ball and excercise bands to great use. I am happy to say, I started at 217lbs and am currently a much healthier 186lbs. I have lost 31lbs gradually and in a healthy way. I am striving for another 16lb loss of unhealthy wieght. I am grateful to be able to breath, think, and react much more clearly. I have no regrets and urge everyone to make the most of a healthy life. It is very rewarding. Heres to losing 16 more pounds!!!
