On January 1st of 2014 I made my list of 5 predictions of things that I thought will happen in 2014. Lets go to the list and analyze it. 1.The Shield Breaks up. Roman Reigns becomes a main eventer and Ambrose and Rollins will remain midcarders. Thoughts: Well I was half right. The Shield did break up but I think all 3 men have established themselves as main eventers. Ill give myself half a point. 2.Daniel Bryan will hold the WWE Championship for longer than a month. Thoughts: While I was correct he only defended the championship once and the title being vacated was delayed. Still technically counts so ill give myself the point. 3.Sami Zayn will debut on the main roster. The internet will explode and he will win the hearts of children everywhere. Thoughts: I REALLY thought Sami would make it to the main roster last year. I was totally wrong on this one. No Point. 4.Shorty before or after Wrestlemania 30 there will be a huge spring cleaning of talents. Its been awhile since weve had one and I expect 10-15 names to be released to make room for bigger and better people. Thoughts: It had been quite awhile since they did a spring cleaning. The massive amounts of releases came on June 12th which included Brodus Clay and Evan Bourne. 1 Point. 5.2014 will be the last year CM Punk competes full time. Thoughts: You gotta remember I said this on January 1st. I never would have guessed that he left the way he did. But technically 2013 would have been his last full time year so im wrong. No point. Final Score 2.5/5. Guess thats not too awful. Ill be making my 2015 predictions later today!!!! -DJ
