On July 31, 2014, Thursday, Dawn Saladores Coleman is leaving Spice Thai Cuisine. She has been working for Spice Thai for several years now. We have known for weeks that she is leaving but it is time to post her departure on Facebook. You have come a long way Mrs. Coleman!! The first week she started working, I got an email from a customer reminding me that Spice Thai is a family restaurant. It was the same week that a customer whispered in my ear why I hired a person like her. What did you mean I asked? What did you think I am? I replied! I pointed at the rainbow flag pasted outside near the front door. I did not have to say anything more. Dawn has been a friend of mine for so many years. Her uncle, Claude Aranillo, has been a good friend for over 35 years. She happens to be a Registered Nurse. Now that she is married, she wants to do what she has been trained to do. I will miss her so much. Her Spice Thai Cuisine Family will miss her very, very much. And I am so sure a lot of our customers will miss her presence at Spice Thai Cuisine. She has become a fixture greeting our customers with her usual welcoming smile. And she has gotten to know a lot of you and some has become good friends. I did not have to worry at all knowing she is working and everything will be just fine. I know a lot of our customers feel the same way when she is working. She found her niche at Spice Thai. I told her not too long ago that she has blossomed into a very attractive and beautiful woman. We hope a lot of you will visit Spice Thai to say your goodbyes before she leaves.
