Land transcends in the walk, eyes are at times, the ears, and when we listen to the images, emotions explode until each one of our fragments fit together again in one musical opus. We burst with desire more than we do with a passport, and this First Latin America Post Rock Compilation is a station for the current sounds of the instrumental scene in countries like Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Perú, Guatemala, República Dominicana, Nicaragua and México. 11 countries not only gathered but united under the motto of always betting on drawing more sonorous cartographies, and make their echoes seductive for the mermaids who enchanted Ulysses in his odissey... The pointing of imagination transcends the movement of the index finger: we close our eyes only to find bands with clear and loud landmarking sounds in the latin american Post Rock Scene, as well as echoes of unity in contemplation, our sound landscape map.
