On May 1st the LTMHS were proud to host Montreals number 1 radio station morning man Freeway Frank! Freeway visited Mr. Fitchs secondary 1 music class and talked about a career in music, production and radio as well as discussed goal-setting and creativity as well as the business side of radio. Students were able to interact with Freeway for more than an hour and he was happy to learn about our upcoming May 9th LTM rocks concert with proceeds going to our sister school in Kenya. A follow up visit to the Virgin Radio station is in the planning. Freeway Frank was also a judge for the Star Fest auditions and will be the master of ceremonies for the Laurier Gala/Star Fest recording artist Jacynthe on May 29.
