On Monday I went to see the doctor to ask for enough tablets to end my life. She wouldnt and asked me why. Its about 6 months since id previously been and asked for the same. Told her Ive stuggled throughout that time and have been considering various, very painful ways of doing it myself. She said I had clearly deteriorated since 6 months ago and was going to arrange for me to see the Crisis Team that day. Saw someone at the hospital and he asked why. I explained and he said he would look into getting me support and would get in touch with the information. Got an email from him today, but there was nothing that Im not already aware of, and if they arent able to really provide the support needed, people are just given the details of a similar organisation, who do the same. But no real listening and understanding that it is our whole socio economic system and environment that is the root cause of the problem. So if you dont hear from me again, it is because I have found the strength and courage to finally do what I have attempted a number of times. Wishing you all the best in getting humanity to a Resource Based Economy and beyond politics, poverty and war. I just cannot cope with the wilfull ignorance and apathy that i encounter on a daily basis. I am learning just how ignorant ive been and how and why. Sorry about that, but im not going to pretend.
