On New Years day today, I was reminded of how blessed I am. The most amazing friends have taken time out of their busy days to do favors for me, while I am recovering from this walking pneumonia. (Such a strange name: walking pneumonia ... but, it makes you too sick to walk.) Rhonda Miller brought me my favorite Amys brand of frozen soups. My neighbor, Ann Ray, whose husband is also sick, went to the grocery store for me, and replenished the cupboards. George Loyd and Penny Loyd brought me some yummy Sketti and meatballs from Olive Garden. And, then, Matthew Griffin was going to drive 70 miles to bring me whatever I needed. Wow! I am the luckiest woman in the world, to be surrounded by such care and concern. Thank you, all.
