On November 19th, 2014 Spencer Lexington Black passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind two young boys ages 5 & 6. Spencer loved life and her bright personality lit up any room she walked into. Her sweet boys suffered a loss last year at this time, too, when Spencers mom passed away. TASTE by Tara will be hosting an open house/ribbon cutting ceremony Monday, December 8th at noon @ The Elks at Northridge. We will be raffling off a goodie basket with those proceeds going to Spencers boys. You will also have the option of rounding your bill to the nearest dollar, with those proceeds going to them as well. Us waitresses will be donating 50% of our tips to the family. We are serving up lunch, with a buffet style pasta bar. We will have TONS of opportunities for you to donate to help these boys have a magical Christmas, despite the tragic loss of their beautiful mother. Please, share the word, and stop out if you can! We have a lot of special Holiday sales, selling pies, buy one get one free cupcakes, holiday cookies, and MUCH more. And many ways to contribute to the family! ALSO, if you want, you can bring an unwrapped and unopened toy to donate as well, and that will get you entered into the raffle for the goodie basket!
